Backed by a dedicated team of 4 R&D specialists, 10 quality control professionals, and over 100 skilled production workers, Our advanced production setup includes 10 standard liner lamination machines and a state-of-the-art 2-in-1 machine that integrates laminating and trimming processes for superior efficiency, with Production Capacity annual output: 3,000 tons and monthly OEM capacity: 15–20 million pieces.

Yes, there are design requirements for thermoformed molded pulp. Due to the process of the pulp from the beginning when the slurry is poured into the mold to the end process when the mold is dried, the design criteria is relevant to the high quality of our product. (Ad link to design criteria pdf)
The pulp in our molded pulp products is derived from sustainable resources such as bamboo, bagasse, wheat, straw and blends of grass fiber. Traditional wood fibers and corrugated paper drops are also available.
Bagasse is a fibrous substance derived from sugarcane that is left after plant stalks are crushed to extract the juices from it. With renewable growth of between 2 to 3 times per year it is a highly sustainable material choice. Bagasse products are durable and sturdy with a high heat tolerance and a natural feel and texture. Being fully compostable and suitable for direct contact with food makes it a popular material choice for a wide range of applications.

Molded pulp can be colored which is referred to as Type 4 pulp. It is colored in the last process of the pulp. The container can also be embossed with your logo or initial, be screen or laser printed and can also hold a label securely.

Yes, there are different types of pulp. Not only can it be derived from different resources, the pulp also is manufactured in different processes. Type 1 or precision molded is made out of Kraft paper and has an unfinished surface. Type 2 or Transfer molded pulp is air dried and is used in such applications as egg cartons. Type 3 is thermoformed and cured-in-mold. It has all of the qualities that you would desire in packaging such as, thin walls, clean edges, smooth finish and natural white in color. Type 4 or processed pulp is a pulp product that has either a coating, laminate, color or something added to it.
