PP Film (Polypropylene)
Core Features:
A cost-effective, widely used single-layer film.
Advantages:
1. Low cost and high availability, ideal for mass-produced sugarcane pulp products.
2. Good heat resistance (~100°C) and oil/grease resistance, suitable for dry/warm food packaging.
3. Lightweight, water-resistant, and easy to laminate with pulp substrates.
Limitations:
Poor barrier performance (low oxygen/water vapor resistance), not suitable for long-term storage.
Low flexibility and poor cold resistance (brittle below 0°C).
Non-biodegradable, conflicting with eco-friendly product positioning.
